Tom DeLay Is Forced To Call It A Day!

CONGRATULATIONS.....to all of us who have worked to expose Tom DeLay and his corrupt political machine to the light of day. WE DID IT!

Tom's Republican and lobbying cronies ganged up on the little bug killer to force him to resign as the Senate Majority Leader. "I have always acted in an ethical manner within the rules of our body and the laws of the land", Mr. DeLay claimed in a letter to his fellow Rebublicans. Tom - threats, bribes, and money laundering are NOT considered ethical behaviors. Such are more common to organized crime. He couldn't even resign without lying!!!

Hey, Hey, Tom DeLay,
Now you know, crime doesn't pay.
Glad you're going - you made my day!
Goodbye is all there is to say.

THANK YOU bloggers and political activists for a job well done!

I am proud to have taken a blogger part in the drive to oust DeLay at "The Dishpan Chronicles."

One down....more to go....

Yup, we (there were millions of us) did it. We've won a battle but there's still a long uphill climb ahead of us. Looking forward to it.

This was the first noticeable knock-off in the long, hard slog. We don't dare let up, though.

JOLLYROGER...
It has been a damn hard slog but we did it! Nope, we don't dare let up. And, you know what....We won't! I am in good company with you guys.

COYOTE...
If the government doesn't take of the people, isn't about the people, and doesn't include the people there is not reason to have a government....or at least it needs to be traded in for one that does what it is supposed to do. WE THE PEOPLE!!!!
