The dark bulk, with its head hanging forward, let one arm dangle while the other, its hand on alert, manned the table. Ready to point and pound in that masculine Morse code so common to those who hide behind military might, its fingers, flexing in anticipation, betrayed their master. Nevertheless, when the scripted talking points were in need of authoritarian emphasis, the mano performed.

A creature of secrets and shadows, the one time drunken lineman had long ago exchanged principle for cold, calculating ambition. That is why the sudden change in his demeanor was so unexpected. Could it be the hardened Veep is a mere, harmless coquette?

The bulk cocks his head, lowers it in deference, and casts fleeting glances upward at his chosen target. He's coy. Smiling like a shy young girl, he flirts in a voice softened for effect. Words waft tactically from his lips, their sinister intent camouflaged with sweetness. Disarming little giggles punctuate each saccharine sentence. Looking back, it was a delicate delivery.

Dick's methods are manipulative, deceiving, indirect, and deadly for American Democracy.

Consider that 22,000 of our troops, our children, who have suffered Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) have been misdiagnosed with Personality Disorder and mustered out of the U. S. military with no care given, and no access to future medical and mental health care. SHAME!

It is far more likely that our Vice President, who before our very eyes can switch personalities with remarkable ease, suffers from Personality Disorder.

Note - There were no available photos of coquettish Cheney, however, if you monitor his rare televised interviews, both past and future, you are sure to catch him in the act. I have seen this occur twice. The first time I witnessed Dick's flirtatious behavior, he was being interviewed along with his daughter, Mary. She not only resembles him physically, but echoed his behavior exactly - like father, like daughter. I was monitoring his behavior during this, the above described, recent interview and there he was fluttering his eye again.
